Our basement sump alarm went off from the heavy rains on Dec 24, 2021. Nobody would respond to our calls.... I discovered that I had a leak coming from the main water valve/line to my house early this morning. I had to shut the water off to my house to stop the leak. The first plumber that I called for service said that they could not schedule me for service until 3 days from now. I called G and G Brothers and Gregg was at my house within 1 hour. I found G & G plumbing on line. So glad I did. Gregg Steiner is the best!!! I am renovating my kitchen, got the cabinets done & needed to install the sink, garbage disposal & connect the dish washer. The cabinet people did not cut the hole for the sink correctly & the exsisting sink & the garbage disposal did not fit in. After talking with Gregg , I decided to go with his suggestion & get a new sink to minimize in cutting down more of the cabinets. Gregg installed the new sink, garbage disposal & connected the dish washer hauled all the boxes, debris & old sink, cleaned the entire area that he worked on. Wish I had found him sooner.

I was not aware of G&G Brothers Plumbing before I had an issue with my water heater. The unit was still under factory warranty and I wanted to get the water heater replaced under warranty. The manufacturer had a list of plumbers that would do warranty work G&G was the highest rated for my area. I did call a few other places just to get a quote. Other Plumbers didn’t want to deal with the warranty claim they just wanted to sell me a new water heater with me paying out of pocket. G&G was the exception. The service was completed on time and on budget. From first contact to job completion was 23 hours! I highly recommend. 5*’s.

Our hot water tank stopped working so I called multiple plumbers that either wanted $200 just to come look at it or didn't have any availability. Our Bradford White was still under warranty so I found G&G Brothers Plumbing on the Bradford Warranty site - Gregg called me within 5 minutes and said he could be over in a few hours and that he had the parts on his truck ready to go. Gregg did not charge me for the part (as it was under warranty) and was competitively priced for the install.
