"If I could give 10 stars I would. Long story short after dealing with a most incompetent plumber and home warranty who wanted me to pay more than what the leaking heater costs (still under warranty) for non covered warranty parts and a $350 exchange fee for a replacement (old heater is an AO Smith) I opted to have a Bradford White put in. Went to the BW website reached out to about 6 contracted plumbers listed on there. G&G came out with the most reasonable price and not only that Greg was very helpful in helping me understand more about the heater and what I had to do to flush it in the future. Just call Greg, don't bother looking further to other plumbers when one is needed. No upsell and sales pitch from him, he just gets the job done at a reasonable price. I had the unfortunate experience of discovering on Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day a failed water heater—no hot water, and it was the last thing I wanted to deal with on a busy weekend. I called a few local plumbers on Thanksgiving Day to no avail and was fortunate to reach Greg at G & G Brothers Plumbing. From the start, I was impressed by how responsive and professional he was.
Despite it being Thanksgiving Day, he didn’t hesitate to offer help. On Friday, Greg arrived with all the necessary tools and parts to replace the water heater and the recirculating pump right away.
What really stood out was the pricing. I had expected to pay a premium due to the timing, but Greg was upfront about the cost and didn’t gouge, as I feared. The price was fair, transparent, and much more reasonable than I expected for a holiday weekend emergency.
The installation itself was smooth, and Greg took the time to walk me through the new system and make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and would highly recommend G & G Brothers Plumbing Company to anyone in need of plumbing assistance. "I was not aware of G&G Brothers Plumbing before I had an issue with my water heater. The unit was still under factory warranty and I wanted to get the water heater replaced under warranty. The manufacturer had a list of plumbers that would do warranty work G&G was the highest rated for my area. I did call a few other places just to get a quote. Other Plumbers didn’t want to deal with the warranty claim they just wanted to sell me a new water heater with me paying out of pocket. G&G was the exception.
